Stella Stathi MA, MBACP Reg. is a qualified, experienced Jungian/Somatic Practitioner, Inner Alchemy Teacher and the creator of Ekstatic Alchemy™; The Dance of Human & Holy.
She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Jungian Psychotherapy and has trained extensively in Embodiment and Somatic Work, and in Archetypal, Alchemical Spirituality.
Stella specialised in the treatment of eating disorders and body-image issues and, for over a decade, supported clients in healing their relationship with food and their bodies, from the inside out, in her London-based private therapy practice.
In 2022, she completed that chapter and transitioned into teaching, guiding and mentoring people on their personal and professional Individuation journey.
Stella currently offers one-to-one psychospiritual inner work for people navigating the initiatory waters of midlife (the alchemical yellowing stage of life), mentoring for fellow soul-work practitioners, and online programmes and courses on personal growth.
