PART I
ASTRO-ARCHETYPAL WAYFINDING
Our first hour together is dedicated to exploring your astrological natal chart (and/or the chart of your work, if that is available) in-depth, in relation to your current transition and wa/onderings, through the lens of archetypal astrology + depth psychology + personal mythology.
We will identify the major archetypal themes and areas of your life that are being activated by the current and near-future astrological landscape; the specific initiation thresholds you are being asked to cross; and make meaning of your life experience as part of your personal myth.
We first gather the threads of your story…
PART II
EMBODIED DEPTH WORK
Our second hour is dedicated to stepping into your chart and bringing it to life through the body, alchemical ritual, story-weaving and active imagination.
You will be guided to dive into your body/soul, to commune with your unconscious; dialogue with the different parts of yourself (the ‘Gods’ / zodiac & planetary archetypes within); and activate your gnosis (deep, inner knowing) through embodied depth praxis.
…We then weave the information into embodied experience.

Following our session, you will receive a beautiful, fully custom and artfully-made PDF, containing a copy of your chart along with the main astro/archetypal points we have covered, as well as further archetypal allies, such as relevant art, poems/quotes, symbols and suggestions for deeper exploration and integration of the material -a potent resource to capture, enrich and amplify your experience that you will come back to time and time again.

No. Even though we use your natal chart as our starting point, guide and compass, the purpose of this session is for you to experience and embody certain aspects of your psyche, as reflected in your chart, and receive guidance from your own unconscious, as well as the cosmos; it is meant to be a dialogue, a collaboration. Our primary lens is that of Archetypal & Depth Psychology, which is inherently interwoven with astrology, alchemy and mythology.

Absolutely! This session is fully adjusted to your needs. In the questionnaire you complete when booking, you will be asked to share about your familiarity with astrology, so that I can design a suitable experience for you. Also, in Orient sessions, we specifically focus on the aspects of your chart that are most significant to your current transition -and as mentioned above, our intention is to make an embodied experience out of them.

Yes! Even though I specialise in Midlife psychology and astrology, this session can support you through change and transition at any age/life period.
